EATING HEALTHY IS NEVER BORING!!

 Enchiladas Verdes is one of my favorite lunch time meals!

A breakfast burrito of veggies followed by a mango and a cup of Green Tea is divine!!!

An Apple Quesadilla with splashes of Marie Sharp's Melinda Pepper Sauce is the ULTIMATE breakfast!

  
I also enjoy a sandwich of avocado, tomato and toast along with my favorite beverage of the day... TEA and a side treat of mango!!
